Hughes Telematics partners with Mercedes-Benz US

Hughes Telematics, a provider of vehicle telematics systems, has been selected by Mercedes-Benz as the provider of integrated telematics hardware and services for all new North American Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and SUVs starting in November 2009.

According to the new deal, existing Mercedes-Benz Tele Aid customers will be given the option of switching over to Mercedes-Benz US new telematics solution of choice, the Hughes Telematics platform, starting in November 2009.
