FSA could extend voice recording requirements to mobile calls
Adding to its existing requirement that companies under its jurisdiction record wireline voice calls made by their employees, the UK Financial Services Authority is to consider the possibility of extending its condition to include mobile calls. Datamonitor believes that this will prompt vendors to come to market with technology for this purpose, adding to Obsidian/Open-Tec's existing offering.
